Mujaku Junmai Daiginjo 2022 is a super-premium sake which will gain further complexity from bottle ageing, similar to a fine wine. The spirit is marked by its mellow, floral aromas of grape and honeydew melon. Full-bodied but refined, Mujaku is refreshingly crisp, and will pair well not only with Japanese but also traditional European cuisines. With a limited production of 1,000 bottles per vintage, each release is distributed only to private collectors and exclusive retail partners.
