Domaine Henri Germain is one of the top producers in Burgundy today. Based in Meursault, the domaine was originally established by Henri Germain in 1973. It is now his son, Jean-François Germain, who manages the 7-hectare property, which includes holdings around Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and Beaune. In 2018, Jean-François was joined by his daughter, Lucie. This village-level Meursault is still very young but beautifully defined, showing notes of citrus and stone fruit, complemented by wonderful acidity and buttery texture.
