Maybach Materium is an ultra-limited production Cabernet Sauvignon made by wonderfully talented consultant winemaker, Thomas Rivers Brown. The 2015 is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Weitz Vineyard in Oakville and is an absolute powerhouse of a wine. It is fleshy, decadent and mouthfilling with cascades of cassis, blueberry, herbs, dried flowers and tilled earth notes. Firmly structured with chewy tannins, this will happily age in the cellar for at least 20 years.
