Masseria del Pino is a small winery located in the Contrada Pino area of Mount Etna, Sicily. The winery was founded in 2005 by Cesare Fulvio and Federica Turillo, who have a passion for making natural wines from local indigenous grape varieties. A limited production of only 800 bottles exists for this extraordinary biodynamic rosé. Its light colour sets the stage, while the nose reveals hints of wild strawberry and watermelon. Made without the addition of sulphur, it displays a gentle effervescence that quickly subsides. On the palate, strawberry, cherry, and pomegranate flavours are complemented by a distinct mineral essence, leading to a refreshing, crisp finish.
