Inspired by the old Norwegian traditions of making spirits and beer flavoured with bog myrtle which is foraged in the forest surrounding Oslo bearing the same name as the bitter. This bitter seeks to capture the smells and flavours of the forest when it is in full bloom during summer. Cask aged and sweetened with local honey.
