A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from one of the most prestigious wineries in Sardinia. After the harvest, the grapes are fermented for an extended period on the skins, after which the wine is aged in barriques for circa 18th months. After bottling, the wine is cellared for another 12 months to achieve a well-integrated balance. Try it with beef & black truffle tortellini or aged cheddar.
