Tenuta Biodinamica Mara is a winery located in the Romagna region of Italy. It was founded in 2000 by Giordano Emendatori, who is passionate about biodynamic farming and winemaking. This release is made from 100% Sangiovese grown in the Rubicone region. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then for an additional 6 months in the bottle. It has a deep ruby red colour and aromas of red fruits, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and boasts flavours of black cherry, plum, and chocolate.
