Like the Brut Premier, Carte Blanche is produced from around 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier with a small portion matured in oak barrels but is bottled with higher dosage. It is ample, creamy and laden with honeyed, caramelised fruits yet still retains incisive freshness and elegance.
