These wines are crafted from biodynamically tended vines in the Anjou region. All of Bernaudeau`s creations bear the label of ‘Vin de France’, a choice reflecting his belief that the wines should embody their essence, unbounded by appellation regulations. Derived from a 2-hectare parcel nestled in schist-rich soils, ‘Les Ongles’ undergoes vinification in barrels and matures on its lees for a duration of 12 months. The outcome is a wine that presents an intricate texture and an exceptional ability to mirror its terroir.
