L’Ermita is his flagship wine sourced from a single ancient vineyard and 2006 marked the first ever release produced from 100% Garnacha. Beguilingly beautiful on the nose, it offers up scents of wild red summer berries, black cherry, liquorice, anise, Mediterranean herbs and crushed slate minerality. Stylish and suave on the palate, this is a marvellously multi-layered and complex wine now absolutely perfect for drinking.
