Aged in 20% new oak, the 2021 Dragon de Quintus unveils scents of ripe berries, cassis, spices, unprocessed cocoa, and earthy soil. With a medium to full body, it is vibrant and juicy, featuring an attractive fruit centre, velvety tannins, and a flavourful finish. The grapes come from Quintus`s vineyard plots situated at the base of the slope. Still very young now but it holds enormous potential for the future.
