Les Frères Mignon is a new champagne producer run by two young brothers, Florent and Julien Mignon. First launched in 2019, L’Aventure is their inaugural cuvée, a wonderfully fresh champagne, which perfectly reflects the terroir that it comes from. The nose is pronounced but elegant, with notes of green apples, flowers and freshly baked pastry. The palate offers a mineral character, with hints of toasted almonds and vanilla. The finish is spicy and persistent.
