Kirk and Sweeney Reserva is a molasses-based rum from the Dominican Republic, expertly aged in a variety of American and French oak barrels for 12 years. It’s a bold and complex expression, revealing notes of sugar cane, dried fruits, vanilla and toasted oak. The unusual bottle shape was inspired by the elegantly squat 18th-century onion bottles, which typically contained rum.
