
Keigetsu Gin no Yume Tokubetsu Honjozo
On the palate, this sake presents notes of mild fruitiness, complemented by a subtle earthiness. The finish is clean and slightly warming, making it versatile for pairing with a variety of dishes. Slightly higher in acidity than some other styles, it showcases a balanced structure. Serve chilled or at room temperature to experience its full range of flavours, a hallmark of quality honjozo sake.





Keigetsu
Founded in 1877, Tosa Brewing company, who produce Keigetsu, have been using the clean mountain spring water of northern Kochi Prefecture to make their excellent sake for nearly 150 years. Rice is harvested from local terraced rice paddies and the focus is on creating high quality, premium sake in a variety of traditional styles.
The team produce Junmai and Junmai Daiginjo, but also Yamahai Junmai, an unfiltered Nigori sake, a sparkling sake and a Yuzusake, made with Japanese citrus. As part of the celebrations for our 10th Anniversary, we collaborated with the team at Tosa to produce Keigetsu 10, bottled exclusively for Hedonism Wines.
