A single cask sherry matured whisky produced by Taiwanese distillery Kavalan, bottled with neither chill filtration nor artificial colouring. Aromas of dried fruits and oak emerge first on the nose, followed by marzipan, nuts, dates, vanilla and spices. The palate displays ginger, chocolate, bitter orange and more hints of oak.
