The 2017 comprises 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc and 7% Merlot, matured in 100% new French Nevers oak barrels for 24 months. It is a complex and layered release with wonderful notes of cassis, plum, spicy oak and cigar box. With time, the oak will integrate nicely and the tannins will soften, handsomely rewarding those with patience.
