Justin Vineyards Isosceles 2006 is a mature, full-bodied Bordeaux blend from the Paso Robles region of California. Over the past decade or so, Justin Isosceles has emerged as one of the most sought-after Bordeaux blends in California - yet this wine still represents such good value when compared with the elite names of Napa. The 2006 Isosceles is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot. "Potent (15% alcohol) with rich cassis and blackberry. Yet it`s also dry, and crisp acidity balances the weight and fruit. Good complexity for the style -- earth, black olive and espresso. Tannins are finely buffed.
