Domaine de Bellivière Jasnieres Les Rosiers 2020 is a semi-dry white wine produced from old-vine Chenin Blanc in the Loire Valley. Domaine de Bellivière produces scintillating Chenin Blancs using low-intervention winemaking principles, including moving wines by gravity, and minimal racking and sulphur additions. The Les Rosiers cuvée comes from the same plots as Bellivière`s Prémices cuvée and is a selection of the domaine`s best and most age-worthy barrels. The wine is aged for ten months in used 350l oak barrels.
