Originally founded in 1898, Jacopo Poli is one of Italy`s leading artisan grappa producers. The distillery is still family-owned and currently run by Jacopo Poli together with his siblings Giampaolo, Barbara and Andrea. This expression is made from the pomace of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The liquid is initially matured for 4 years in barriques before a 6-month finishing period in barrels which previously contained the Super Tuscan wine Sassicaia.
