Produced by Capovilla in the Veneto region of northeast Italy, this single-varietal grappa is made solely with Ribolla Gialla. The grape-based pomace comes from Joško Gravner’s winery, the renowned experimental winemaker and a pioneer in Italian skin-contact wines. Expect an array of earthy notes including herbs, white flowers, honey and mixed spices.
