This is a single varietal grappa made from the pomace of Vespaiolo grapes – named after the Italian for wasp. On the nose, delicate aromas of green apples, plums and lavender. On the palate, it’s a medium-bodied spirit, with sweet notes of nougat and cinnamon. The liquid is presented in a unique, hand-blown glass bottle.
