Il Favot Langhe Nebbiolo Aldo Conterno 2020 is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, predominantly sourced from the Bussia cru in Monforte d`Alba. The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-October and undergo vinification in stainless steel tanks, with alcoholic fermentation occurring at controlled temperatures. The wine is matured for 24 months, split between French oak barriques and stainless steel, ensuring integration of flavours. Aldo Conterno is a legendary figure in Barolo winemaking and has been dedicated to producing expressive wines that reflect the terroir of the Langhe region since 1969.
