HeavenSake is a Franco-Japanese collaboration, developed with Régis Camus, winemaker of the Piper-Heidsieck champagne house since 1994 and in collaboration with some of the most respected sake breweries in Japan . The Junmai Ginjo expression, from Hakushika brewery, is a blend of three types of rice. Hitomebore, Hyogoyumenishiki and Yamada Nishiki rice. Bottled at 16% ABV, it boasts notes of citrus, honeycomb, nougat and sultanas.
