A very special release from Hankey Bannister. Made from a careful selection of malt whiskies from the Highlands, aged in sherry casks, and then blended together with Lowland grain whiskies. The nose is marked by sweet home baking, brown sugar, vanilla cake dough and butterscotch, with notes of spiced caramelized bananas. The palate is lush and complex, with spicy and peppery notes, followed by figs, dates and cinnamon.
