From their distillery in Alba, Fratelli Marolo produces some very special grappas from native grape varieties grown in some of the Italy’s most prestigious wine regions that include Barolo and Barbaresco. This release is produced using the fresh must of the Barbera variety, distilled in a traditional bain marie pot still. A dry and floral grappa, which can be enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled.
