`Deliella` is the premier cru produced by the Sicilian Principi di Butera estate. This 100% single-vineyard Nero d’Avola has an aristocratic profile, great ageing potential and an unconventional ability to combine intensity and balance with elegance and sobriety. On the nose, red fruits with dominant notes of morello cherry, juniper and myrtle. On the palate, balsamic notes are harmoniously balanced by acidity and minerality. The long finish is laden with ripe red fruits, beautifully reflecting the aromas perceived on the nose.
