Founded by Kenjiro Kagami – a former assistant winemaker at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti – Domaine des Miroirs has quickly gained a reputation for producing exceptional, terroir-driven wines from Jura. Produced from a small parcel of Savagnin vines, Les Saugettes combines taut acidity, savoury fruit and mineral complexity.
