This certified organic champagne is produced in very small quantities, from a plot of vineyards called ‘Le Mont Benoit’. A blend of 37% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay, the wine has a dosage of only 4g/l. It is a vibrant champagne, intensely expressive of its terroir thanks to a briny, oyster-like mouth-feel and rich texture.
