Established in 1849, Pol Roger remains family-owned and proudly independent to this day. The first ‘Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill’ was from the 1975 vintage and released in 1984, with the launch taking place at Blenheim Palace. The exact blend is a closely guarded secret, but it is undeniable that the composition would meet the approval of the man to whom it is dedicated. Undoubtedly an exceptional vintage, the 2015 champagnes are currently in a perfect drinking window, with the finest examples expected to mature and evolve even more with additional cellaring.
