Launched in 1959 by Jorge Salles Cuervo, El Tequileño prides itself on using only estate-grown agave from the highlands of Jalisco. ‘Platinum’ in an unaged expression, but the liquid spends at least 14 days in American oak to achieve a smooth, delicate texture. It can be enjoyed neat or in a variety of cocktails.
