A clean, fresh Blanco from Vivir produced in Jalisco using 100% Weber Blue agave. Fresh cooked agave hearts jump out on the nose while the palate is lifted by a zesty citrus note before a pure, floral finish. Superb for sipping, but also fantastic mixed with tonic, ice and a twist of grapefruit.
