Meaning `the greatest` in Spanish, El Mayor is made at the Gonzãlez family-owned distillery, which is overseen by Rodolfo Gonzãlez. Like all expressions from the range, ‘El Mayor Blanco’ is made with 100% estate-grown blue agave from the valley area of Jalisco. Bottled at 40% ABV, this unaged tequila is clean and peppery, with hints of lime zest, eucalyptus, honeysuckle blossom and earthy undertones.
