Domaine Trigant de Boisset 2000 is a mature Right Bank Bordeaux from the gravel soils of Pomerol. It is the second wine of Château La Grave, produced from the estate`s younger vines. Established by the Trigant the Boisset family in the 19th century, this estate was purchased by Christian Moueix in 1971. The distinctive sandy gravel soils of Château are part of a relatively homogeneous mile-long strip of land that passes through the famed Château Cheval Blanc into Saint-Émilion before ending at Château Figeac. The 2000 vintage was the first in which the Trigant de Boisset cuvée was produced.
