Domaine de l’Horizon is a tiny winery based in the small village of Calce, right in the far southwestern corner of France. Here, German-born winemaker Thomas Teibert, produces miniscule quantities of highly terroir-driven wines from the gnarly old vines of the IGP Côtes Catalanes. Crafted from meticulously cultivated Grenache vines with exceptionally low yields, this Rosé showcases the unique terroir of slate soils. It exudes an understated elegance, characterized by its mineral-driven essence and pristine purity. The texture enchants the palate, revealing layers of complexity akin to the finest Burgundy wines, offering a truly mesmerizing experience.
