A structured Dolcetto from top Langhe producer Roagna made from 45+ year old vines from their Paje and Carso vineyards on the Asili hill. Fermented in large casks with indigenous yeasts this is a brilliant expression of Dolcetto with loads of juicy fruit and touches of Liquorice. A lovely wine!
