Ippongi Denshin Junmai Daiginjo Natsu Namazake is a super-premium Junmai Daiginjo-style sake produced at thaw Denshin sake brewery in the Fukui Prefecture of Japan. Junmai Daiginjo is made with rice that has been polished to at least 50%. Produced with precise traditional processing and brewing techniques, it is generally regarded as the most refined Sake style. This sake is released only for a limited time during the summer months. The process is labour intensive and low-yielding, however the result is a soft, refined and supremely balanced Sake. Junmai Daiginjo Sakes are usually served chilled to bring out their light, complex flavours and aromas.
