Daftmill Summer Distillation 2011 is a limited-edition, vintage Lowland single malt whisky produced at the Daftmill Distillery in Fife. Owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, Daftmill is a farm distillery producing as few as 100 casks, seasonally, per year, using barley grown on the farm. This summer 2011 Lowland single malt was matured in first-fill barrels, which had previously been used to mature Bourbon from Clermont Springs distillery in Kentucky.
