Situated in the heart of Fife, Daftmill is one of Scotland`s smallest malt whisky distilleries. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2020, this limited-edition whisky was aged in a first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry butt and four ex-Bourbon barrels. The nose reveals some gentle aromas of tropical fruits, dried figs and tobacco. The palate is spicy and zesty, followed by toffee notes.
