Croix Canon is the second wine of the illustrious St-Émilion estate, Château Canon. Made with the same meticulous attention to detail as their grand vin, this is a blend of mostly Merlot with a smaller quantity of Cabernet Franc. The 2014 is a classic release, with ripe black fruits, supple tannins and subtle savoury inflections. An excellent wine for short- to medium-term drinking.
