Alice Hartmann Crémant de Luxembourg NV is a traditional-method sparkling wine from the Moselle region of Luxembourg. An assemblage of 50% Riesling, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir from the steep slopes of the Upper Moselle Valley, this fine Crémant was half fermented in Burgundy-style oak barrels and half in stainless steel. Dosage to 11.5g/l was done using Hartmann`s ice wine. With fine, elegant bubbles and delicate flavours of yellow fruits, white flowers and vanilla, this wine would make the perfect light apéritif.
