Niepoort Ururabo 2019 is a medium-bodied, flor-aged white wine produced in the Douro Valley of Portugal. Dirk Niepoort is one of the world`s most influential winemakers. Operating wineries in the Douro, Dao and Bairrada, he is often associated with the move towards unfortified wines in the Douro, and with experimental cuvées of which Ururabo is one. This Douro white was produced from Gouveio grapes and matured in Sherry casks under a veil of flor (yeast), offering taut, fresh citrus and stonefruit fruit notes with a distinctive, yeasty tang.
