Inopia Blanc is typically a blend of various white grape varieties such as Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, and Clairette. The wine is typically aged in a combination of stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels, which adds complexity and texture without overwhelming the fruit.
