Grange des Pères Blanc 2000 is a full-bodied, blended white wine from the Languedoc region of France. Domaine de la Grange des Pères was established in 1989 by the late founder Laurent Vaillé who repurposed land acquired by his grandfather in the 1950s. The winery emphasizes meticulous vineyard management and careful winemaking techniques to capture the individual aspects of their vineyards. Their white wine is based on Roussanne with approximately 10% each of Marsanne and Chardonnay. The varieties are fermented separately, then blended together for malolactic fermentation. The 2000 is available here in magnum format.
