Eric Texier Brézème Blanc 2023 is a medium- to full-bodied white wine from the Northern Rhône Valley of France. Bordeaux native and former nuclear engineer Eric Texier is one of the foremost natural wine-makers in the Rhône Valley, producing a modest selection of wines principally from the terroirs of Brézème and St Julien. His Brézème Blanc is a 100% Marsanne fermented with natural yeasts and aged in neutral demi-muid (500l) barrels and amphorae. Creamy and textured with classic Marsanne herbal and floral notes over stone fruit, with a refreshing mineral core.
