A superb Italian Riesling produced from a small plot of 30 year old vines on Colla`s Cascine Drago estate. Lightly honeyed, floral and citrus notes on the nose, fine and taut on the palate with crisp green apple character and bright acidity. A dry, mineral white capable of long aging. Serve as an apéritif or alongside light white fish dishes and risottos.
