Codigo 1530 XIII Extra Anejo

There is Tequila and then there is Codigo 1530 Tequila. This unique brand creating unique expressions of super-premium Tequilas launched in 2016 – but has existed as a supplier to private customers for more than 100 years. For more than a century local artisans in the Jalisco town of Amatitán never veered from the age-old codes and customs – ‘Los Códigos’ – which made Codigo 1530 the most selective Tequila in the world. 

Extremely limited production, extra ageing, the use of a variety of maturation casks, including Napa wine barrels – this is all part of Codigo 1530’s unique appeal. Using a base of roasted Jalisco agave blended with pure rainwater which is naturally filtered through volcanic rocks, Codigo 1530 has evolved into a Tequila range in which every expression has won awards. From the Blanco to the Rosa, Reposado, Añejo and ‘Origen’ (the brand’s Extra-Añejo expression), along with the highly collectible ‘VIP’ bottlings – Codigo 1530 is truly a Tequila brand like no other.
