Clase Azul 25th Aniversario

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Clase Azul created a limited-edition tequila, which was launched in July 2022. A portion of the agave used to make the spirit was milled with a tahona, while the fermentation process was extended to highlight its citrus and fruity notes. The blend was then matured for 8 months in two different first-use American whiskey casks, developing enticing notes of caramel, vanilla and cinnamon. A total of 9,125 decanters were released worldwide.
