Clos des Plantes Poïèsis 2021 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard dry white wine produced from Chenin Blanc grapes in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley. Winemaker Olivier Lejeune produces this sought-after cuvée from his Les Cailloux vineyard, which is planted on soils of black schist in Montbenault, Anjou. The wine was aged in old barrels for one year and in bottle for an additional year. Layers of stone fruits, citrus and beeswax are complemented by racy acidity and a deep mineral core.
