Castello di Ama Chianti Classico Vigneto Bellavista 2015 is a full-bodied single-vineyard red wine produced from Sangiovese and Malvasia Nero grapes in the Chianti Classico sub-region of Tuscany, central Italy. The flagship wine of the Castello di Ama estate, the Vigneto Bellavista cuvée was first produced in 1982 and is a signature blend of Sangiovese with a small proportion of Malvasia Nera, which lends an intriguing floral character to Sangiovese`s ripe, earth fruit notes. This 2015 vintage was matured in oak barriques (20% new) for 10 months before bottling.
