Located in the Chianti Classico area, Terra di Seta is a producer of organic and kosher wines, olive oil and honey. Made with 100% Sangiovese grapes, the ‘Assai’ cuvée goes through an ageing process of 30 months, of which 24 months are spent in medium-toasted French oak barrels. The resulting wine shows an intense ruby colour and aromas of strawberries, red plums, ginseng root and liquorice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft tannins and creamy finish.
